Adams Technical Service is a small, minority-owned business that began operation in 2010. We provide both remote and on-site support to our customers in the MD/DC area. We specialize in data recovery, remote technical support, remote backups, network setup and cabling, basic network installation, printer repair and hardware & software troubleshooting/ installation.  We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and exceptional services at affordable prices.

When I started Adams Technical Services, I quickly discovered that small businesses lacked reliable on-site IT support. I heard horror story after story of IT companies that wouldn’t go onsite when scheduled, answer the phone, reply to emails, didn’t complete projects, and ignored the client’s needs.

During the pandemic, we suspended services to keep our clients safe. Now that the world is returning to new normalcy, we continue to provide excellent services remotely until we can interact with each of you again at our new location.
